    Field Network Engineer:

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Site survey for checking Line of Sight and selecting best installation location.
    • Supervision of mounting antenna on roof running and wiring from outside to inside.
    • Supervision of aligning the antenna with the transmitter to achieve optimal performance; changing and moving the mount to adjust for new obstacles; replacing the antenna/radio and faulty wiring or connectors.
    • Assisting customers with initial PC configuration; demonstrating Email account setup, LAN setup, and basic Internet Service Provider (ISP) use.
    • Clearly explain all services and equipment operation to customers.
    • Configuration and Implementation for routers and switches for client site according to their requirements.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Expert knowledge of wireless troubleshooting.
    • Expert knowledge and ability to configure WIFI 802.11 Wireless Network.
    • Mastery of networking such as ping, traceroute, and arp.
    • Knowledge of various cable and connector types, ability to route cable from exterior to the interior of a location.
    • Solid troubleshooting experience is a MUST (Networking & Applications Level).
    • Cisco Certification Network Associate (CCNA).
    • BS Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Biomed disciplines

     

    NOC Engineer:

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Configure & document new services (Internet, Data, VOIP, etc.).
    • Providing technical support for all Corporate Connections general enquiries on Internet, Data, Wi-Max, VOIP, E1, DNS, Email & Web services.
    • Central point of contact for all customer requirements and liaise with all other departments on relevant issues.
    • Troubleshoot & monitor core equipment and connections.
    • Maintain monitoring systems for corporate connections.
    • Provide support for engineers, project managers & technicians during site visits.
    • Assisting customers with initial PC configuration, LAN setup, and services.
    • Configuration and Implementation for routers and switches for client site according to their requirements.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
    • Certificates in Network like CCNA or equivalent.
    • Experience in routing & swithcing is a MUST.
    • Knowledge in wireless troubleshooting.
    • Experience in infrastructure operations with exposure to services like VOIP, E1, DNS, Email & Web services.
    • Solid troubleshooting experience is a MUST. (Networking & Applications Level.) and should be able to use different network tools like monitoring tools, terminals, etc.
    • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, and wireless.
    • Mastery of networking such as ping, traceroute, and arp.
    • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented with strong communication skills.

     

    Senior NOC Engineer:

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Configure, develop, test and implement new services (Internet, Data, VOIP, etc.)
    • Evaluate network performance between sites and select ingestion points with optimal routing, minimal packet loss and minimal jitter.
    • Evaluate and select products to be used in support of monitoring and measuring quality of service KPIs and troubleshooting efforts.
    • Interface with Customer Support regarding the scalability and quality of service delivered by the supporting infrastructure.
    • Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of network issues and implement corrective solutions.
    • Troubleshoot & monitor core equipment and connections.
    • Set up & maintain monitoring systems for corporate connections.
    • Provide support for engineers, project managers & technicians during site visits.
    • Consult and help implement new services and/or products with a focus on quality of service, high availability, and scalability.
    • Perform periodic trend analysis on service impairment, outages, and customer support history.
    • Manage services delivery across the platform, while optimizing KPIs of customer experience.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
    • Professional Certificates in Network like CCNP or equivalent.
    • Experience in Wi-Max, MPLS, VPLS, BGP & OSPF is a MUST.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of prior experience in infrastructure operations with exposure to services like VOIP, E1, DNS, Email & Web services.
    • Solid troubleshooting experience is a MUST. (Networking & Applications Level.) and should be able to use different network tools like monitoring tools, Wireshark, etc.
    • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, and wireless.
    • Mastery of networking such as ping, traceroute, and arp.
    • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented with strong communication skills.

     

    Senior Wireless Network Engineer:

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Expert knowledge of RF principles, electrical theory, and wireless network design.
    • Manage capacity, modulation, and utilization of Backhaul network.
    • Identify and resolve interference.
    • Support RF network design, commissioning, and installation project.
    • Ability to install, manages, maintains, and troubleshoots wired and wireless networks and infrastructure including: LAN, WAN, MAN switches, access points, wireless controllers, routers, fiber optic & UTP cabling.
    •  Ability to troubleshoots user connectivity issues.
    •  Ability to document network and cable plant infrastructure wired and wireless.
    •  Ability to maintain supporting documentation.
    •  Ability to configure, upgrade and install network equipment.
    •  Ability to engineer and design networks to customer specifications.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Mature understanding of Ethernet, IP addressing, and dynamic routing protocols
    • Understanding of RF, Fresnel zones, and Channel planning.
    • Experience with platforms such as towercoverage.com
    • Understanding of Cisco switch/route, Mikrotik, and Ubiquiti equipment.
    • Must have experience with hand tools and hand-held power tools
    • Familiar with electronics, digital radio technology, and cellular systems
    • Ability to use measuring and diagnostic tools to test, adjust, and repair electronic equipment
    • Expert knowledge of wireless troubleshooting.
    • Expert knowledge of RF principles, electrical theory, and wireless network design.
    • RF transceiver topologies and principles of operation.
    • Link budget, path loss and wave propagation principles.
    • Antenna types and tradeoffs.
    • Thorough understanding of 802.11 based wireless architecture.
    • BS Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Biomed disciplines

    Preferred

    • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
    • CCNA or CCNP preferred.
